EOS Cloud is MillerKnoll's Order Management System that offers simplistic flows to specify, quote, and order products for clients.

However, the system has been well overdue for a re-design and due to the lackluster user experience, visual identity and lack of consistent branding, users are wondering if this is truly a tool from the MillerKnoll Collective.

Once I was provided credentials into the portal, I began documenting the Site IA, existing User flows, and UI/UI treatments. This was to fully understand how the product works today and where in my audit I see the pitfalls for design enhancements.

With an improved and streamlined portal, It provides access to customized products, pCon file uploads, up-to-date pricing and lead times + real-time order updates.

EOS Cloud's primary purpose is to provide the international audiences (dealers, A+D Reps) the ability to quote, order and manage products for customers.

Along with UI improvements, I made sure the user experience was intuitive and would not disrupt current workflows.

New Feature / User Flow Enhancement

Add to Basket

One painpoint from the platform was that their was no userflow to direct users to add products to a “basket” so they can then attach to a quote/order.

Essentially how it is done today is the user would have to create the quote first then add the products--this new feature solves that work around and directly funnels the users to that step.
